This check-in path is for all continuing students — returning freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students — returning to Bethune-Cookman University for Fall 2026.

Step 1Confirm Your Student Record in Wildcat Web

Log in to Wildcat Web to verify that your name, contact information, major, and enrollment status are current and accurate. Any discrepancies must be corrected at the Registrar's Office before you can be fully cleared.

Already Pre-Cleared Before Arrival?

If all of your clearance indicators in BCU360 are green before move-in day, your path is simple:

Proceed directly to your residence hall — no CCE stop required
Bring your Wildcat ID and StarRez confirmation to the hall entrance
Look for Wildcat Ready staff at each building entrance
If anything changes between pre-clearance and arrival, report to the nearest CCE Assistance Station for same-day resolution
